The best endorsement for a company is when customers returns to use them .I have for additional phases of my website and I will ask them to tender for my future projects.

I have been working with the team for 18 months now and I'm very happy with what they've produced.

Communication has been exceptional , and sometimes I wonder whether Shakti actually sleeps given the time he replies to my emails.

Despite there being 8000 or so miles between us and unable to meet face to face I have not found it as difficult to express my requirements and for the team to understand them, as I thought I would . This was probably helped by the team's English being very good. If there were any missunderstandings , these were quickly fixed after I had explained my requirements more clearly .

Yes there have been a few bugs , but as an IT professional myself I expect these . However once reported they are normally fixed within 24hours which is excellent service.

Nothing was too much trouble for these guys , they were very accomodating , the would give suggestions to further enhance your product and would change their working ways to fit in with yours.

Shakti openly admitted he underestimated the cost about half way through the first phase of my project and would make at a loss on it. I was concerned he would cut his losses and dissapear into a black hole .He gave me his word he wouldn't , and he kept it .I have not met Shakti face to face but truely believe he is a honest man and is true to his word . I even paid the final installment for my project before it was complete as I knew the team would finish it.

As for cost , I have no doubts I got value for money and even paid them a bonus . I hope to add to that bonus one day , if and when I make money from my product, as I believe in paying for what I get .

I doubt you will go wrong with Acumen, be fair to them and they will be equally as fair, if not more to you.

Anisha has gone above and beyond my requirements. She can handle bug fixes and complex oscommerce tasks as well as clean up code very well. I will definitely do business with them in the future as their prices are very reasonable.

What can I say about Anisha and her team at Acumen? They are by far one of the best programming companies I have ever worked with. Mine was a small project that turned out to be quite involved. They should have charged far more than they did because they certainly deserved it. Their price was great, but more importantly, their service was even better. If I EVER had ANY type of question or concern, they always responded promptly and addressed my concerns to my complete satisfaction. They are a real asset to the coding community. Customer satisfaction is obviously very important to them and it shows. Anisha is well spoken and very easy to communicate with. You would do well to hire them. If you are reading this because you are shopping for a coder, no doubt you are seeing the other positive posts. Yes, there is a reason for all their good ratings..... They are good programmers!

If you have narrowed your search down to a list of coders that includes Acumen, then you can't go wrong by choosing them. It seemed to me, that Acumen Software highest priority was, to satisfy the customer.
This way, it is really easy to make a project and it makes fun to work with them.
